First shown at the Geneva Motorshow in 2004, the Trepiłno was a concept for a 500 replacement. A very compact car, with obvious design cues from the original 500, it is known as the Trepiłno (Italian for "Three plus one") due to its unusual seating arrangement of two normal front seats, a third full seat behind the passenger (who moves forward to leave room) and a fourth emergency seat behind the driver.
