Classic coupés included the Cisitalia 202 (above left) and the Giulietta Sprint Veloce (above). A rare Alfa Romeo Conrero 2000 (left) made an appearance, as did an equally unusual Nardi-Danese 2500 Sport (below). Less rare, but no less impressive was this Maserati 150S (below left), one of several examples present.

The small number of Stanguellini cars competing included an impressive 1100 Sport (right and below) with an aerodynamic bodystyle. As always, the scrutineering area was overfilled despite having limited access ! Here a Ferrari 250MM (below right) patiently waits its turn in the queue.

Another spectacular and unusual 'aerodynamic' car was the Fiat 1100 Ala d'Oro (above left), whilst the time spent in the Turin windtunnel can also be seen in the design of the Lancia Aprilia (left). From before the days of aerodynamics was an Alfa Romeo 6C1500SS (above).

Two similarly pretty Ferraris, a 500 Mondial (above left) and a 500 TRC (above right) could be seen picking their way through the side streets of Brescia whilst an Alfa Romeo 8C2600 Le Mans (right) distracted shoppers.....

The open-topped Cisitalias, some of the prettiest cars in the event, included these two 202SMM Spiders (above left and above right). Another open-topped red Ferrari was this slightly different 290MM (left).
Another unusual 'etceterini' was the Gilco 1100 Sport (right) from a company more famous for supplying the chassis' of much better known cars. The Stanga 750 Sport (below) was another rarity. Gilco 1100 Sport - Click for larger image

Much better known is the Alfa Romeo 1900 SSZ (above) and he beautiful Maserati A6G54 Coupé (below left), both by Zagato. One of the other Stanguellini's taking part was this 'siluro', also an 1100 Sport.
