OM, which won the first ever Mille Miglia, was represented by five cars. Siata were present in similar numbers, whilst the various OSCAs were more numerous.

	Various Siata cars, not commonly seen, took part, including the only driver to compete on their own.
Various OSCA cars, all with the very distinctive grille, and all called MT4, also competed. Amongst them was a very rare Vignale coupé.
	A variety of OM cars, all 665 models, from the late 1920s took part.
